Our story
Born from a family allergy
Chappati Wala Atta was created for a simple reason: someone we love was diagnosed with coeliac disease — and suddenly the soft, daily roti they'd enjoyed all their life was off the table.
Shop-bought gluten-free flours never came close. They crumbled, they cracked, they just weren't roti. So we set out to make one that was — soft, fragrant and authentic, so no one with dietary needs has to miss out again.
